Mindful Art for Wellness

A welcoming class where creativity and connection come together. No art experience needed, just a willingness to show up and share space. Give yourself 90 minutes to slow down, create, and reconnect. Join instructor Ann Marie Smith for an evening that brings mindfulness and art together in a welcoming, relaxed setting. You’ll begin with breathwork, gentle movement, soft music, and guided mindfulness before moving into a creative art experience designed to encourage reflection, self-expression, and gratitude. No art experience is needed. There’s no pressure to make something “perfect.” Just come as you are, enjoy the process, and discover what can emerge when you give yourself the time and space to create. Advance registration is encouraged, and space is limited. Please RSVP thoughtfully so others have the opportunity to attend.
