Oil Painting Class - Still Life

Calling all aspiring painters! Welcome to Artskool, a curated oil painting class hosted at the artists residence in the equestrian district of Burbank. Can't make it? See our schedule for more classes. 🎨 In this 3 hour oil painting class we'll be painting a still life. We'll go over the materials, how to build up the painting in layers, and color mixing. You'll also receive individual feedback and will be able to see a live demo of the process as well. I'll walk you through every step of the way! 👩🏽‍🎨 You'll learn the techniques of the Renaissance Masters as we create our very own masterpieces in the style of traditional realism. This is a great way to learn how to use oil paints and can serve as a jumping off point to develop your own unique style. 🖼️ By the end of our time together you'll have a beautiful painting to take home with you! 🖌️ No experience necessary, all supplies are provided (including aprons!) ​​​​Location This is a private residence nestled in the equestrian neighborhood of Burbank. She earned her BFA in Drawing and Painting from Laguna College of Art and Design in 2024.
