About our Featured Guest: Mela Fezzey is the CEO of Tru Consulting, an operator-led firm serving higher education, academic medical centers, and government with people who have held those institutional roles themselves. She grew Tru from five people to more than eighty, and the firm is now backed by private equity and building toward $100 million. Tru is her second act.
