Come read in a room full of readers. An hour of real quiet with your book, then an hour of talking about it with people who love it too. A recurring gathering for readers that splits the night into two distinct halves: a full hour of genuinely uninterrupted, phone-free reading, followed by an hour of open conversation and book recommendations. There's no assigned title — everyone brings whatever they're already in the middle of. The pitch is scarcity of quiet: many attendees say it's the longest stretch of focused reading time they get all month, paired with the social payoff of talking books afterward. PHONE FREE: A Little Time Offline For a couple of hours, we’re putting the screens away. We’ll provide a safe place to leave your phone when you arrive, so you can settle in, play, talk, and be fully at the table. Phones will still be there when the night is over. Hopefully with a few new numbers to add to it.
