Join us for an intimate wine dinner featuring the Casadei portfolio and three distinctive estates: Olianas, Castello del Trebbio, and Casadei. Together, their wines offer a taste of Italy’s remarkable diversity, traveling from the sun-soaked Mediterranean landscape of Sardinia to the rolling hills and historic vineyards of Tuscany. We’ll begin with Olianas, where Sardinia’s island climate and Mediterranean character shine through in the glass. From there, we’ll travel to Tuscany and Castello del Trebbio, a historic estate rooted in centuries of tradition. Our journey concludes with Casadei, where international grape varieties meet unmistakably Italian terroir and a distinctly Italian approach to winemaking. Five wines will be thoughtfully paired with a five-course menu from the Vitello’s kitchen, creating an evening designed to explore how landscape, tradition and winemaking philosophy shape the flavors of Italy.
