Grab a cup and join us to chat about turning old spaces into cool new hangouts at the Hill Street Pavilion! Grab a cup of coffee and come nerd out with us at the Hill Street Pavilion, a former 1926 gas station and service station currently undergoing rehabilitation. We’ll explore the work in progress, dig into historic photos and documents, look at the current rehabilitation plans, and discuss some of the surprises, challenges, and decisions that come with adaptive reuse. This is an informal chance to see preservation happening in real time, ask questions, swap ideas, and connect with other local preservationists.
