Work up a sweat and take these exercises home with ease! Fitness is Kurtis' passion and his dream is to make it accessible to everyone. This class is designed by Kurtis to provide you with exercises that you can take with you everywhere. It uses the bodies natural mechanics to help promote strength, endurance, stamina, and confidence! These beginner bodyweight excercises can be performed at home, on vacation, at work, or while out and about. Covering a full body workout at a beginner level while offering resources and techniques to progress with you as you gain strength and confidence. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle, the doors located next to CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN will open at 8:45 and close promptly at 9:00
