Participants will increase their knowledge of the Kentucky Code of Ethical Conduct For 2026 this training is approved for 3.0 CEs to meet the SW Ethics Renewal requirement established in 201 KAR 23:075. It is PENDING approval for 2027 dates. Participants will increase their knowledge of the Kentucky Code of Ethical Conduct; review the NASW Code of Ethics; discuss the differences between values, ethics, and the law; practice applying knowledge to "real life" situations; and participate in collegial dialog regarding the application of ethics to our work. Sessions are a combination of didactic presentation, participant discussion, small group work and interaction with case scenarios. 2026 Dates: • September 10, 1-4pm IN PERSON • December 15, 9am-12pm via ZOOM 2027 Dates: • March 18, 1-4pm • June 17, 9am-12pm • September 16, 9am-12pm • December 9, 1-4pm All 2027 dates are IN PERSON at: 10401 Linn Station Rd., Ste. 100, Louisville, KY The LMFT board does not approve this training for CEs to meet their specific ethics requirement.
