Hosted the third Sunday of every month, join us at Trellis Brewing for a 60-minute pop-powered vinyasa class with light bodyweight sculpt mixed in, designed to help you move, sweat, and have fun. Stick around after for a complimentary pint and an easy social hang to get to know the people on the mats beside you. This class is geared towards all-levels, but will be designed to challenge you so that you can sweat out a little bit of the weekend. Bring your own mat, towel & water.
