We took a class at the live strong brewery in Roxbury, which was easy to get to and had a big parking lot. We learned what makes sushi rice, how to make hand rolls and maki rolls and made them ourselves and ate them. Miso soup also. Harold was totally able to accommodate gluten free people. Better than I expected. Take the class! It was fun. It’s 2 hours.
