You’ll personalize your own matcha bowl with decorations, then learn how to whisk matcha with guidance on techniques and ratios you can use at home. We’ll finish by turning your freshly whisked matcha into a custom Ochabro drink. You’ll also enjoy a special educational video from Natsumi Chatsumi, my brother and his wife’s tea farm in Japan—a personal connection to the people and place behind some of Ochabro’s teas.
