How can we recognize when old patterns or family systems are affecting us? How can we strengthen our boundaries without losing connection to ourselves or others? And what spiritual tools can we call upon when grief, expectation, or overwhelm begin to surface? Come slow down, meet yourself where you are, and create space for a more intentional and supported experience of the holidays.
