The goal is to prepare members, both company officers and chief officers, to operate effectively within this structure, support command functions, and contribute to a controlled, organized, and safe fireground. This training will expand on each of the five positions including the roles and responsibilties of each position, and when/how the positions are assigned. ***Morning refreshments and lunch will be provided.***
