Making More Plants: Houseplant Propagation Fall 2026

Learn about techniques for propagating houseplants during this in-person event and get hands-on experience in the Dane County Extension greenhouse. We will begin with a lecture on propagation theory and then go out to the greenhouse where you can put this knowledge into practice by doing hands-on propagation of various houseplant species, using techniques appropriate for the specific plant type. You will leave the class with several houseplants that you propagated yourself. Dates/Times Choose one of the following dates: • Saturday, Oct 3 | 9:30am-11:30am • Sunday, Oct 11 | 9:30am-11:30am • Saturday, Oct 24 | 9:30am-11:30am • Wednesday, Oct 28 | 1-3pm • Saturday, Nov 7 | 9:30am-11:30am Cost $20.
