Play It Forward

An intimate musical adventure & benefit concert for Madison Jazz Society's community & youth jazz education programs. Five of Madison's fabulous musician-educators are stepping into the spotlight — and inviting you to be part of something that matters. Austin Cebulske, Chris Rottmayer, John Becker, Laurie Lang & Sally de Broux will take you on a sonic tour that includes twists on standards, and turns on tunes by Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Tracy Chapman, Roberta Flack, and Leon Russell, reimagined through a jazz lens that is both intimate and surprising. Play It Forward is a benefit concert for Madison Jazz Society's education programming, bringing jazz to a multi-generational community and to the next generation of young musicians in Madison and beyond. When you buy a ticket, you're not just coming to a concert. You're investing in the future of jazz in our community. https://www.madisonjazz.com Location: COPA Madison (warehouse turned arts incubator space near Fish Hatchery Road and the Beltline) 2841 Index Road, Fitchburg Eventbrite TICKETS Basic Admission: $25 ticket per show / $40 for both shows (see additional donation options below) Shows at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM Dinner Tickets: $15 ticket - 1 main + 1 side LT's Aloha Wagon Dinner Menu Mains: Kalua pork sliders - slow roasted pork with homemade guava bbq sauce, slaw and pickled onion Sweet potato curry with rice - sweet potatoes, carrots, and onions - mildly spicy and flavorful!
