Join Forward Beauty Network on Monday, October 19 as we welcome hospitality expert, award-winning author, and speaker Traycee Mayer for a conversation about creating experiences that make people feel seen, valued, and cared for. Drawing from more than 40 years in hospitality and her Heart of Gold Framework®, Traycee will share real-world stories and practical ways to bring more intention, connection, and genuine hospitality into the way we serve our guests. Whether you work independently, behind the chair, in a treatment room, as part of a team, or own a business, this conversation is about something we all share: creating an experience that keeps guests connected to us long after their appointment ends.
