Fall Prevention, Balance, & Active Aging Clinic

Interactive PT clinic focused on balance, prevent falls, and stay active as you age. Join us for a fun Interactive Physical Therapy Workshop, co-hosted by Dr. Abby Pelletiere and Dr. Gianna Sabo! This clinic is designed to help older adults reduce fall risk, improve balance and confidence, maintain independence, and remain physically active for life. The program follows evidence-based recommendations from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), CDC STEADI (Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths & Injuries), and National Council on Aging (NCOA). Physical therapists are uniquely positioned to assess and reduce fall risk through balance, strength, gait, and fall functional mobility training.
