Grounded Alchemy: From Survival to Safety -- Manhattan, KS

A nurturing healing circle for women, transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive people seeking to release stress and survival patterns. You’re warmly invited to step into a space of slowing down… a space where you don’t have to hold it all together for a little while. A space where you can simply arrive as you are. Come as you are and just be. Have you ever felt like you have to hold everything together… get everything right… or do it all on your own? You’re not alone. Many of us learned—often without realizing it—that we had to be a certain way to feel safe, loved, or accepted. Over time, those patterns can start to feel like who we are… but they’re often something else. They are protective responses—ways your body learned to take care of you. ✨ In this gentle, supportive women’s circle, we’ll explore: • The pressure to be perfect • The need to do it all on your own • The weight of holding everything together And more importantly—how these patterns show up in the body and how we can begin to soften them. 🌙 This experience includes: • A guided reflection on survival patterns shaped by gendered expectations, including the Perfect Woman/One, the Hyper-Independent Woman/One, and the Over-Responsible Woman/One. Please note: These archetypes describe social conditioning—not gender identity—and are offered as invitations for reflection. • Simple, accessible nervous system awareness • Gentle somatic practices (no experience needed) • A guided meditation for integration • A sound bath to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset 💫 This space is for you if you: • Feel like you’re always “on” or carrying a lot • Have a hard time slowing down or letting go • Struggle to receive support or rest • Want to feel more grounded, calm, and connected 🌿 You don’t need any prior experience. Just come as you are. 👋 Hosted by Jamie Butler, founder of Fierce Alchemy A practice devoted to helping women, trans, and gender-expansive folks to reconnect with their inner wisdom, regulate their nervous systems, and live with more ease and alignment.
