Each stop along the way draws you deeper into our Halloween legends, where witches, vampires, ghouls, and creatures await. Check-in starts at the Castle Lobby between 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM. From there, you’ll embark on a mystical journey across the castle grounds. Costumes are encouraged, though not required! Here’s your journey: Cemetery of Lost Souls Your adventure begins at the Cemetery of Lost Souls, where your bartender is The Gravekeeper, a ghoul who tends to the restless spirits. Sip on a Tombstone Bourbon Smash, made with bourbon, maple syrup, orange, and ginger beer. Pair it with the Gravekeeper’s Crostini—crispy crostini topped with goat cheese and a sweet-and-savory roasted red pepper and onion marmalade. This simple but delicious treat will kick off your adventure. Haunted Witches Cabin Step into the Haunted Witches Cabin, where your bartender is The Enchantress of the Mohican Forest. Watch her cook up a Witch’s Brew, a cocktail made with elderflower liqueur, gin, blackberries, and a splash of soda for a refreshing twist—light, effervescent, and just a little bit magical. For your appetizer, enjoy Hexed Dates—bacon-wrapped cream cheese–stuffed dates, perfectly sweet and smoky with a bewitching bite. Castle of Shadows The next stop is the Castle of Shadows, where your bartender is Vladamir, a vampire who has walked these castle halls for centuries. Sip on Bloody Nightfall—a vodka cocktail of cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and a touch of grenadine, deep and rich without any citrus. Pair it with Vlad’s Sliders—mini barbecue pulled pork sandwiches with tangy apple slaw on soft brioche buns. The smoky richness of the sliders meets the bold, fruity cocktail for a wickedly good pairing. The Castle Creature Finally, you arrive at The Castle Creature, where the bartender is the mysterious being that lurks beyond the castle waterfall in the tunnels beneath the castle. Sip on a Haunted Lagoon—a rum-based cocktail with white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and a dash of lime, finished with a dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg for a warm Halloween glow.
