Bracelet Making & Friendships: Autism Social Skills Group

Rather than sitting through a traditional social skills lesson, girls will connect naturally while creating their own bracelets, choosing beads and charms, sharing materials, talking with peers, and participating in guided group activities. What’s Included ✨ Bracelet-making supplies ✨ Light Breakfast and Snacks ✨ Fun group activities ✨ Opportunities to meet and connect with other girls ✨ Support from trained ABA professionals, including a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Technician Social Skills We’ll Practice Throughout the event, girls will have opportunities to practice skills such as: • Introducing themselves to peers • Starting and maintaining conversations • Reciprocal conversation exchanges • Asking and answering questions • Sharing materials with others • Participating in a group activity • Giving compliments • Asking peers for help or items • Building confidence interacting with others • Creating positive peer connections Activities will be supported based on each child’s comfort level. Our goal is to create opportunities for connection without making the experience feel overly clinical or pressured.
