BLUM WOMEN’S RETREAT NAPLES

BLUM NAPLES, (Breathe. Listen. Uncover. Move) a women’s retreat focused on movement, artistic expression, dance, and community building. Michelle currently lives in Miami, FL and Loren resides in Naples, FL. They share a deep passion for movement and creative practices in all forms, and an even deeper passion for fostering connections, storytelling, creating a sense of belonging and sharing resources. Together, Michelle & Loren have multiple certifications and training in multiple movement modalities including Martial Arts, Pilates, Cycling, Massage, Dance, Trauma-Informed Somatics, Pelvic Health, and so much more. Their vision is to bring women together to share in a collective experience- one that brings out the sheer joy of moving together, creating together and reimagining together.
