Then, cocooned in a floating hammock or grounded on the mat, you’ll be immersed in a meditative sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Let your body soften, your breath deepen, and your spirit float on waves of sound and serenity. A space to release, restore, and reconnect. No experience needed — just come as you are.
