This month: A Tale of Two Acquisitions Brendan Feinberg recently acquired not one but two hardwood flooring companies: GameDay Floors in Georgia and Trident Surfacing in Florida. They install, maintain, and refinish hardwood basketball courts for schools, colleges, and athletic facilities. Before buying a business, Brendan had a rich background in finance and M&A. Daniel Giles will interview him on three things: what it took to buy two businesses in the same industry back to back, how each deal process actually went (one financed with an SBA loan, one with a private lender), and what operating looks like now that he owns them.
