Mala beads are a sacred tool used in meditation They invite us to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves, one bead at a time. Join us for an intentional mala bead-making workshop where creativity meets mindfulness. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to ground ourselves and set personal intentions before creating our own unique 108-bead mala. Through reflection, connection, and creativity, you’ll leave with a meaningful piece that serves as a beautiful reminder to slow down, breathe, and carry your intentions into everyday life.
