Turn up the heat! Join us for a high-energy Cooking Social celebrating the flavors, traditions and Latin America and the Caribbean. We’ll kick off the party with Chef Jorge’s Spicy Mango Mojito and Cubano Sliders before tying on our aprons and getting into the kitchen. Then it’s time to cook! Chef Jorge will lead you step-by-step as we prepare a feast inspired by flavors from across the Latin world. You’ll cook alongside Chef and your fellow guests before we bring everything to the table and enjoy the meal together. THE MENU Welcome Cocktail Spicy Mango Mojito — mango, fresh mint, lime, rum & Scotch bonnet chile Welcome Bite Cubano Sliders HANDS-ON LATIN FEAST Reina Pepiada Arepas Handmade Venezuelan corn arepas stuffed with creamy chicken and avocado salad. Churrasco with Chimichurri Grilled steak served with Chef Jorge’s fresh herb, garlic and red wine vinegar chimichurri. Arroz con Gandules Puerto Rican-style rice with pigeon peas, sofrito and spices. Coconut Rum Tres Leches A tropical twist on the classic tres leches cake with coconut and rum. Once the cooking is done, we’ll set out our Latin feast, make a plate and sit down together to enjoy everything we’ve created. This is a Cooking Social. Come ready to cook, eat, learn, meet new people and celebrate the incredible flavors of Latin culture. No previous cooking experience necessary—just bring your appetite and come ready for a good time! Parking: $5 parking available on site.
