67th Annual PVFA Barbecue

Join us for Plantation’s annual BBQ tradition since 1957! Enjoy great food, music, games & family fun while supporting our firefighters! The Plantation Volunteer Fire Association’s 67th Annual BBQ is one of the City of Plantation’s longest-running and most cherished community traditions. Dating back to 1957, the BBQ began as a fundraiser to help establish and support Plantation’s fire service and has grown into a signature community event. This family-friendly event brings residents, local businesses, first responders, and community partners together for a day of BBQ, live entertainment, a Kids Zone, fire and police demonstrations, an Air Rescue helicopter landing, vendors, raffles, and more. Proceeds from the event benefit the Plantation Volunteer Fire Association and help support its members and mission. Admission is free, making the 67th Annual PVFA BBQ a great opportunity for the entire community to come together, celebrate Plantation’s fire service, and continue a tradition that has been part of the city for nearly seven decades.
