Come Back to You

with Joanne Join me for an intimate 90-minute evening immersion, a transformative journey of hypnotherapy meditation, art therapy, and somatic dance designed to bring you back to yourself. In a world where we are constantly giving our time, energy and attention to others, it can be easy to lose touch with our own needs, joy and sense of connection. Through guided hypnosis, creative expression and movement, we’ll explore what it means to reconnect with yourself while opening to deeper friendship, belonging, appreciation and the love that exists around you. This is an invitation to release what disconnects you, reconnect with what nourishes you, and reclaim the joy of being fully yourself. $80 includes indoor baths afterward
