We begin with intentional breathwork to ground the nervous system and open awareness, followed by fluid somatic movement and accessible yoga designed to release tension, awaken sensation, and encourage intuitive expression. The experience gently transitions into meditation and stillness, allowing you to fully absorb the rhythms of the garden—its sounds, textures, and natural flow. This is not about performance or perfection, but presence. You’ll be guided to move as meditation—listening inward, honoring your body, and letting nature lead the pace.
