Set within the tropical surroundings of The Palms, Find Your Calm begins with a relaxed half hour of wellness experiences featuring Wellness Elixirs by Orion Herbs, nourishing bites by Essensia Restaurant, and complimentary mini chair massages by The Palms AVEDA Spa & Salon. Then, settle onto your mat for an immersive sound journey led by Jared Bistrong and The South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra — an experience designed to invite you to slow down, reset, reconnect and simply be. The Evening 6:30–7:00 PM | Arrive + Unwind Ease into the evening with light nourishing bites by Essensia, Wellness Elixirs by Orion Herbs and complimentary mini chair massages by The Palms AVEDA Spa & Salon. Take a moment to mingle, settle in and leave the day behind. 7:00–8:30 PM | Return to Calm Lie back, close your eyes and immerse yourself in a sound journey with Jared Bistrong and The South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat; a limited number of mats will be available. 8:30–9:00 PM | Reconnect Gently transition back into the evening with AVEDA tea and time to connect before heading home. Wellness With Purpose The evening is also an opportunity to extend well-being beyond ourselves. 10% of event revenue will be donated to Connection Coalition, supporting its community work.
