Join us for our 2nd Annual HOWL-O-WEEN @ The Cleat! Our spooky waterfront pup costume contest filled with paws, claws, fangs and bites! It’s baaaack! Gather your pack, prepare your costumes and join us by the water for an evening with some serious bite. As the sun sets over Key Biscayne, join us for the 2nd Annual Howl-O-Ween at The Cleat, when pups, their humans and creatures of the night descend on the waterfront for a Halloween celebration. Dress up your pup in the most fang-tastic costume and enjoy an evening of spooky characters, pup-friendly treats and a spectacular Key Biscayne sunset before the night comes alive. Registration Register Online & Save! $25 per pup registered entry (+ EventBrite booking fees) Registration at the Door $30 per pup registered entry (+ EventBrite booking fees) *Only the pups need to be registered, no need to register pup owners. Entrance fee into Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park is not included in ticket price. You won't want to miss this howling good time - get your tickets and mark your calendars! Pup Etiquette & Rules of the Night • Pups leashes are required. They MUST be on a six-foot leash. • Pups must be well behaved, and not left unattended. • Animals considered noisy, vicious, dangerous or intimidating may be asked and required to leave. • And remember to bring your own dog waste bags. Let’s keep our park clean! Refunds Tickets are refundable for any reason up to 48 hours before the event. If the event is canceled due to weather, all tickets will be refunded in full (minus the Event Brite ticketing fees). Vehicle Park Entry & Boat Anchoring Fees Entrance fee into Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park is not included in ticket price. Vehicles - $8 per vehicle (2 to 8 people) / $4 for single-occupant vehicles or motorcycles. Boats - $8 per boat for visitors arriving by vessel who use the park during the day without anchoring overnight. Parking is included. If rain or unsafe conditions threaten our gathering, we may need to cancel the event for everyone’s safety, pups included. If the event is canceled due to weather, all purchased tickets will be refunded in full, minus the Eventbrite ticketing fees.
