Join Marathon for Mental Health (M4) and Voly in Fort Lauderdale for a community 5km run to celebrate FLIBS and the closing of M4 2026. Whether you’re an experienced runner, new to running, or somewhere in between, come and get moving, connect with others and get behind a charity supporting crew welfare. What3Words of meeting point: frizz.labels.pursuit 🏆 WHY: To get moving, have fun, connect with the community and rack up miles towards your M4 2026 challenge if you’re signed up! ⸻ ABOUT MARATHON FOR MENTAL HEALTH We’re getting moving to celebrate the second year of Marathon for Mental Health (M4) — a community initiative bringing the yachting industry and wider community together to move, connect and raise awareness for mental health. Throughout October, participants can run, walk or hike a flexible marathon — completing 42.2km over the course of the month — while raising funds for our selected mental health charity partners. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker or simply looking for a fun way to meet others, M4 is open to everyone! ⸻ TICKETS & DONATIONS Tickets are FREE. When registering, you’ll have the option to make a voluntary donation to our mental health charity partner, ISWAN. OUR CHARITY PARTNER ISWAN – International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network Provides free, confidential and multilingual emotional, wellbeing and practical support to yacht crew and their families through services including the 24/7 YachtCrewHelp helpline. Note: You don’t need to be signed up to Marathon for Mental Health 2026 in order to join this community 5km, but if you would like to sign up you can do so here! Please come prepared for the weather and wear suitable footwear for the route. Book now to secure your place — spaces are limited.
