Maria Delisle will broadly focus on drug and alcohol testing and education in the hospitality industry. About Our Program: Maria Delisle, with NMS Screening & Compliance, will present Drug Testing 101 & Reasonable Suspicion. She will broadly focus on drug and alcohol testing and education in the hospitality industry, while incorporating: · The importance of training security/loss prevention and supervisors · Onsite drug testing · After-hours post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing · Testing for THC in the Hospitality industry Florida Drug-Free Workplace requirements Maria is currently serving as VP of Sales, Partnerships & Training and has been working in various roles for 10 years. Her drug testing knowledge has been instrumental in helping employers and individuals successfully develop and implement their DOT and Drug Free Workplace programs. Maria’s on the job experience and daily interaction with her clients allow her to provide effective Reasonable Suspicion trainings. She has worked with companies such as Cheney Brothers, Tropical Shipping, Palm Tran, City of West Palm Beach just to name a few. She has also provided trainings to many cities and municipalities such as City of St Petersburg, City of Dania Beach, City of Riviera Beach, City of Boynton Beach, Town of Palm Beach, Solid Waste Authority, Florida Department of Agriculture and many others. Maria is a member of NDASA (National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association). She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Safety Council.
