Dance program for adults of all ages to develop dance skills and improve physical fitness with easy-to-follow choreography. PRE-REGISTRATION RECOMMENDED, WALK INS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY Welcome to Step into Dance, a dynamic program for adults of all ages to develop dance skills and improve physical fitness in a welcoming and supportive environment. Designed for all experience levels, this course will combine easy-to-follow dance routines with cardiovascular exercise to improve endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength. Participants will develop rhythm, body awareness, and confidence while experiencing a variety of dance styles. Classes will foster creativity and self-expression in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can participate at their own pace. Leave each class feeling energized, inspired, and connected with a new community of friends.
