Stretch, breathe, and reconnect with God through gentle movement, grounding, prayer, and Scripture. Come as you are and leave renewed. Pause. Stretch. Breathe. Reconnect with God. Stretch & Scripture is a faith-centered wellness experience designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and make space for God’s presence. Led by Cortney Barlow, a Licensed Therapist and Certified Health Coach, this restorative session combines gentle stretching, grounding exercises, guided reflection, and encouraging Scripture. Have you been feeling overwhelmed, physically tense, spiritually disconnected, or simply in need of a peaceful reset, you are invited to be still and care for your mind, body, and spirit in a supportive environment. During this experience, you can expect: • Gentle, beginner-friendly stretches • Breathing and grounding exercises • Scripture-based reflection • Prayer and meaningful conversation • A peaceful space to rest, reset, and reconnect No previous stretching experience is needed. Modifications will be offered so you can participate at your own comfort level.
