The Helpful Leader Conference 2026

Who are you becoming to the people who need you most? Join us on October 17th for an afternoon designed to educate, equip and empower. When someone misunderstands you, at home, at work, in your community, are you working to be understood, or working to be right? Join us October 17th. It's time to close the gap. Whether you lead a team, a classroom, a congregation, or a family, you know that fork in the road. On October 17th, three speakers walk you through the three relationships every person carries: with your peers, with the next generation, and with yourself. At The Helpful Leader Conference 2026, you will hear from: • Joanna Avin - International Speaker, Author, and EQ Strategist with 15 years of experience partnering with corporations, nonprofits, and individuals to develop emotional intelligence. • Delvin Rogers - Author and Educator who specializes in youth-focused emotional intelligence and character development. • Michael Cruz - Restoration Coach and Wellness Educator with over 13 years of Pastoral leadership and certifications in recovery, brain health, and wellness. Our three powerhouse speakers will help you break the patterns that quietly cost you trust, mentoring the generation after you, and steadying yourself under pressure. Each session hands you a practical framework you can use the next day, not just a feeling you carry home. Food and refreshments will be served.
