Led by Blackbox Kitchen, you’ll learn the art of sushi rolling and create two rolls from scratch: fresh salmon with mango, avocado, cucumber, and crispy onion, plus a classic California roll made with real crab. Enjoy your sushi creations alongside a handcrafted Heyday cocktail or a glass of wine, selected to complement the experience.
