Hosted by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency, the Michigan Women Veterans Conference is designed exclusively for women who have served. Whether you separated from the military decades ago or recently transitioned from service, you'll find a welcoming community of women who understand your journey. Throughout the weekend, attendees will have opportunities to: • Connect with fellow women veterans from across the state • Discover resources and services available to veterans and their families • Learn from engaging speakers and educational sessions • Explore health, wellness, career, and personal development opportunities • Build lasting friendships and professional networks • Celebrate the strength, resilience, and leadership of Michigan's women veterans Thursday, October 15 Kick off the conference with a relaxed Welcome Reception at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City – Riverfront. Reconnect with old friends, meet new sisters-in-service, and enjoy an evening of networking and camaraderie. Friday, October 16 Spend the day attending educational sessions, visiting our vendor and resource expo, and hearing from dynamic speakers focused on leadership, wellness, personal growth, and thriving beyond the uniform. Friday evening, attendees will enjoy a special off-site experience at the historic Bay City Planetarium, where we'll gather for an unforgettable night of reflection, inspiration, and wonder beneath the stars. Saturday, October 17 Saturday is all about YOU. Choose from a variety of wellness-focused activities designed to help you recharge, reconnect, and invest in your own well-being.
