Quarter 1: Aligned - Aligned By Design As practices grow and evolve, staying clear about who you are, what matters, and where you're headed becomes increasingly important. This quarter is about creating, or strengthening, the alignment that provides a foundation for decisions, priorities, communication, and growth. Whether you're defining your practice for the first time or ensuring an established organization continues to move together, we'll explore what it takes to create clarity and consistency from the inside out. Objectives: • Participants will be able to: • Evaluate how clearly the practice's direction, identity, and priorities are understood. • Identify areas where greater alignment could strengthen the organization. • Explore how shared communication influences consistency across the practice. • Consider how practice identity translates into team and patient experiences. • Determine what alignment looks like for the practice's current stage and future direction. **VIRTUAL attendees who register by January 8th will receive a copy of the workbook. *Be sure to join us on Thursday evening for a fun Cooking Competition and Family Style Dinner at South Second, 838 S 2nd St, Milwaukee, WI 53204.
