Aurora Health Care’s The Beacon is being developed as a community-driven health and wellness hub that brings together clinical care and social support services under one roof. Informed by extensive listening sessions with hundreds of residents and community partners, the Beacon will offer programs that address the needs people identified most—including oral health care, maternal health & family support, housing support, medical legal advocacy, community fitness opportunities, community gardens, and more—while creating space for community gathering and connection. Together, these services are designed to reduce barriers, meet people where they are, and improve physical, mental, and social well-being across the community.
