Pilates in The Cooperage!

Join the Forme team for a pilates sculpt class on Monday 12pm at the Cooperage. Join the Forme team for a 50 minute pilates sculpt class on Monday afternoons at the Cooperage. This full-body class will challenge you and push you to utilize small muscles through balances, high energy sets, and micro movements. Class is suitable for all levels, but please inform instructor of any injuries or limitations prior to class. Sculpt is done barefoot or in socks. Class Begins 12PM Our Story The mind and body behind Forme Studio is Allie Kruse, a fitness instructor with a decade in the industry. Allie has known for years that her ultimate goal was studio ownership, but the time was never quite right. Looking back, it’s for the best that patience prevailed, because she had time to hone her craft, make strong connections, and properly plan out what the her studio would be and how it would be unique in the community. Allie has gathered some of Milwaukee’s most inspiring instructors and given them full autonomy to do what they do best, their way. Classes won’t always follow a formula or adhere to a specific style, but every single workout will challenge and inspire you. You’ll get stronger, more connected with your body, and more aligned with what kinds of movement light you up. Don’t just function, come find your Forme.
