Resonance Nidra™ | An Immersive Sound Rest Experience

Resonance Nidra™ | An Immersive Sound Rest Experience Resonance Nidra™ (an SVMT Method training) with Stephanie Goodson October 25 | The Delaware House | Bay View This month, Stephanie steps into the Sunday Sound Ritual solo , and she's bringing something new. Having just completed her graduation from SVMT (Somatic, Vibrational, Mindful, Trance Therapies), Stephanie is weaving her newest tools into the ritual container. What unfolds is Resonance Nidra™, a practice born at the intersection of sound healing, nervous system safety, and deep meditative rest. This is not a rebranded version of Yoga Nidra. This is not simply a sound journey. This is an invitation to remember. Resonance Nidra™ | An Immersive Sound Rest Experience A deeply restorative experience where sound becomes the guide. Resonance Nidra™ is a new perspective on rest… one that honors the body, the nervous system, and the subtle power of sound. In this experience, you’ll be guided into a space where effort softens… the mind begins to quiet… and awareness remains gently present. Sound is used not as background, but as a bridge… helping the body move from holding… into receiving. This is a practice of being met… not managed. Of softening… not forcing. Of resting… while still aware. Come lie down… listen… and allow the body to remember what rest feels like. This is the first time Resonance Nidra™ is being offered at High Vibes MKE.
