Join us for our special Filipino 7-Course Surprise Tasting Menu Experience at Agency Cocktail Lounge inside the Dubbel Dutch Hotel. Join Chef Zach and the Sinta team for an intimate, 7-course Filipino tasting menu experience hosted at Agency Cocktail Lounge. This isn't your typical dinner out. Set around a communal table limited to just 12 guests per seating, the evening is as much about connection as it is about food. Chef Zach steps out of the kitchen to serve you personally, sharing the family stories, travels, and Filipino culinary traditions that inspired each course — with professional precision and a whole lot of heart. --- Tuesday, October 27, 2026 Agency Cocktail Lounge — 817 N. Marshall St., Milwaukee, WI 53202 Doors Open (30 min before dinner to settle in, grab a drink, and get comfortable) • Seating #1: 5:30 PM Dinner Service (Start Time) • Seating #1: 6:00-8:00 PM Please plan for approximately 1.5–2 hours to enjoy the full experience. Drinks Curated cocktails and a limited beer selection are available through Agency's bar. Cash or card accepted. Credit card tips go directly to Agency's bartending staff only. Gratuity The dinner ticket cost is $130/person, and the cocktails are sold seperately by Agency Cocktail Lounge. For this specific event, you can pay, and will be charged the full amount at the closing of the evening. NOTE: As far as tips, BAR TEAM can be tipped on credit card/check closing. For KITCHEN TEAM, please tip cash.
