About Us...Tabal is one of the Midwest only chocolate MAKERS; ie we make chocolate from scratch. We here at Tabal work with farmers from across the globe, purchasing cacao beans at fair/direct trade. Over the course of a week, we then turn those beans into chocolate. We are one of only 12-15 chocolate makers in the entire Midwest, crafting vegan, gluten free, soy free, ethically sourced, and delicious chocolate!
