About this event
Attendees join an outdoor yoga session on the McKinley breakwater to greet the sunrise. Participants practice poses while enjoying spectacular fall views over the lake horizon. The event welcomes visitors who bring their own mats or rent them on site.

Join us for an awakening yoga experience as we greet the sun together! A Milwaukee Lakefront Pop-up Yoga class series, begin on the breakwater next to the boat launch at McKinley. Located between the Roundhouse and Mckinley beach. ◇From Lincoln Memorial Drive 1750 is a big parking lot with several options. You can drive all the way through to the end, you will see a boat launch! FREE Parking along the wall of large rocks along the lakefront next to the entrance of the breakwater. 1750 Lincoln Memorial Drive Suggested to bring sunglasses, mat, water bottle, layers, windbreaker, grippy socks, hat & gloves (A few extra mats available if needed). This sunrise series is inspired by the best time of year for bright sunrises in the northern hemisphere. Spectacular fall views of the sunrise over the lake's horizon. Option to pay in person. 6:19 am civil twilight. 6:48 am sunrise 7:00 am open to stay longer For those that need more or less time. Join in at anytime, preferably before the sun peaks out of the water. 9/30, 10/1, 10/2 weather permitting 🌞 (Also don't miss our Friday September 25th 6:15am SUP Sunrise meditation meeting at the dock off Discovery World with Cathy Stadler and Forward Outdoor.
