Discover the whimsical style of Marimekko at our exclusive event! Following the bleak years of World War II, Finland experienced an artistic rebirth through architecture, design, and fashion. Leading the charge was female-led design firm Marimekko, known for their joyful prints and bright colors. Learn the history of this trailblazing company that is still in business today, explore Mount Mary's collection of Marimekko garments, and discover the connections between Finnish textile design and former Mount Mary professor Sister Remy Revor. Light refreshments will be served RSVP by November 17th. Event located in Stiemke Hall on the second floor of Notre Dame Hall
