Join NEON for Community Conversation 7.2 – Food - A Pathway to Family Wealth and Equity Food is more than what’s on our plate. It is deeply connected to our families, our communities, and our ability to create opportunity and build a stronger future. Join NEON for a meaningful Community Conversation: Food – A Pathway to Family Wealth and Equity on October 28, 2026. Together, we’ll explore the many ways food intersects with economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, family wealth, community prosperity, and personal development. From the businesses and careers we build to the traditions and resources we pass from one generation to the next, food can be a powerful pathway to greater equity and opportunity. Through thoughtful conversation and shared perspectives, we’ll create space to consider the challenges, possibilities, and real-world opportunities within our food ecosystem—and what it can look like to use food as a tool for economic empowerment and lasting community impact. This is a conversation for everyone. Whether you’re a food entrepreneur, small business owner, community leader, food worker, family member, or simply curious about the connection between food, wealth, and equity, we invite you to be part of the discussion.
