Embracing Transformation: Sound Healing & Energy Balancing

Transformation often asks us to release what is familiar and make space for what is becoming. But what does it mean to embrace changes that are outside of our control? How can we move through uncertainty with greater trust, resilience, and openness rather than resisting what we cannot change? Sound therapy is an ancient healing modality that taps into the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In this session, you’ll be guided through a soothing meditation and immersed in live sound healing using an array of crystal singing bowls, each attuned to different healing frequencies. These vibrations will support your emotional and physical well-being, promoting relaxation, release, and renewal. Benefits available during this experience: • Reduces stress and tension, increased quality of sleep • Restores balance and increases energy levels • Calms and quiets the active mind & can provide insights & clarity Entrance at the back of the building. There are some mats and blankets provided, however if you have ones you prefer please bring them along with pillows for your comfort as you will be laying down for most of this event. This collaborative journey will be guided by Leah Evenstar and Anne-Therese (A-T) Mracek. Leah is a certified Wellness Coach, Sound and Energy Healer, Meditation Guide, and Medium, while A-T is a Holistic Energy Practitioner and Nature Healing Facilitator. Together, they cultivate a nurturing and empowering environment.
