Floating Sound Bath

Join us at Idlewild Spa on Sunday, December 6th, for a relaxing, meditative experience with Certified Sound Therapist Jean Nitchals. Floating Sound Bath Experience Join us for a transformative evening of relaxation and renewal as Idlewild Spa partners with Jean Nitchals, founder of Crystal Healing Collective and Reiki Master, for an immersive Floating Sound Bath in our indoor pool. This restorative journey is designed to align mind, body, and spirit. Through the ancient practice of sound healing, Jean will guide you into a meditative state using the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, a gong, and elemental instruments that echo the sounds of nature. What to Expect: • Begin the evening with a warm tea offering, intention-setting, and reflective journaling. • Transition to our serene pool space, where you’ll float on individual inflatables, comforted by weighted eye masks to gently calm your senses. • Jean will lead you through breathwork and meditation before surrounding you in a healing soundscape designed to promote deep relaxation. • The evening concludes with a celebratory champagne toast to honor your journey and the season ahead. This is more than an event—it’s a chance to pause, reconnect, and welcome the new season with clarity and intention. Space is limited. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and reserve your spot today.
