Join Caden J'Creo in an interactive class all about tea's most unique molecule: L-Theanine! Join Caden J'Creo in an interactive seminar all about L-theanine, the molecule responsible for the calming effects of tea! This class will focus on its unique human health benefits, the ingenious ways plants use it to survive, how tea production methods determine its potency, and how it transforms flavor in all tea types. We will taste L-theanine in isolation before sampling teas with varying concentraytions, revealing its major contribution to flavor.
