Join the Macalester student-athletes for a Strong Girls United pre-game event and celebrate girls & women in sports! Join Macalester female athletes and Women's Soccer team for a Strong Girls United pre-game event to celebrate girls and women in sports! Free admission to event & game! EVENT DETAILS: Location: John Leaney Field at Macalester Stadium 5:45–6:00 PM — Arrive and check in 6:00 PM — Meet Macalester athletes, participate in empowerment activities, and grab SGU swag and autographs! 7:15 PM — Join the Macalester Women’s Soccer Team for the National Anthem and high-five tunnel. (Participants will return to parent/ guardian and can watch the game!) 7:30 PM — Cheer on the Macalester Women’s Soccer Team! *Please note: This is not a drop-off event. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and enjoy the event and game with their child.
